TrustEat promotes the application of Blockchain technology to the food value chain to increase the reliability of a new food system.

The project links the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory - INL (Portugal) with the leading international institutions Wageningen University and Research – WUR (Netherlands) and IBM Research (Switzerland).

Together we will increase the excellence of INL´s scientific production and strengthen partners’ research in the area of food blockchain, capturing future opportunities of joint research and marketable solutions.
